Today I started on my second batch of homemade pastis.

The main difference, though is that I bought a new grinder for the spices to get them a bit finer than I managed with my mortar and pestel last time.
The smell of the resulting botanical mix was amazing!
After a bit of a shake my brew is now macerating for the next 5 days. More anon!
