Felixstowe Christmas Eve Walk

" Do you want to go to Felixstowe tomorrow?", I asked Sarah and William last night.

"Yes. Of course. It's a tradition", they replied. So off we went, as he have done on Christmas Eve since they were small, leaving Dawn to get things in the house ready for Christmas.

Here are a few photos.

We started by Martello Park. I've not been to the new café here yet.

It was a little cloudy when we started out but there was scarcely any wind and it was quite mild. No snow and ice this year.

These new chalets and beach huts are for sale.

As usual we stopped at the Pavilion Theatre for drinks (see photo at the top of the post).

We continued on to Cbbold's Point.

..before climbing the steps and coming back down the the sea front.

Back the way we came.

As usual we got fish and chips from here, close to where we had parked.

As I waited for William's scampi to be cooked, I was amused to read the compulsory Allergen Information notice....

"All  fresh fish... contains fish!". I'd never have guessed. Lol.

Home now to wait for Laura and Laurence to arrive.
