What is this lurking in the corner of the kitchen?
It is my first brew of the year, my Christmas Ale for 2023. The Brewferm Winter Ale kit I've brewed before..
I hope it turns out as good as previous batches. It needs a good amount of bottle aging, so it should just about be ready to drink by Christmas this year. I had some from 2018 last Christmas and it still tasted delicious.
