Well that's all the cherry tomatoes dealt with now, but we will still have some beef tomatoes, a chilli peppers and sweet peppers to come. As you can see from the photo at the top, I decide to make some mixed pickles. The latest results are:
Some Hyderabadi Tomato Chutney. Hot and garlicky with plenty of spices, including cumin, fenugreek, mustard and ginger.
Some honeyed jalapeƱos. A regular favourite and great for pizza toppings and chill.
My Mixed Pickles.
And then this....
...some Carribean-style Mango-Habanero Hot Sauce. Very hot and fruity. Right. That's enough pickling for now!
