The Chilli Harvest

So this is what became of the final chilli harvest.

The Hungarian Wax and Jalapeno peppers got sliced and pickled...

And the Ring of Fire and Chiang Rai pickles (many of which had turned red, yippee) have been put in bags to go in the freezer. 

They are both quite hot so they will keep our spicy food well-spiced for some time. So that's the chilli harvest dealt with for another year, but we still have more cherry tomatoes to come!
