Tassel Pickles September Produce #1

We have been busy. Both Dawn and I have been in the kitchen and this is the result.

We had all these chillis to do something with.

Dawn in action wile my pickled chillis are in a waterbath.

We ended up with some seriously hot Habanero chilli sauce...

...some pickled whole cayenne chillis...

...and several jars of  (rathr hot) tomato and chilli sauce.

Well that's a few Christmas presents sorted!
