Hazel and John's Ruby Wedding Anniversary Celebration

 

We are in Scotland for a week staying at Seton Sands Holiday Village, Longniddry, where we have a nicely appointed static caravan. We are here for my cousin Hazel and her husband John's Ruby Wedding Anniversary celebration and decided to make a week of it. Today was the day of the celebration.

Here are a few of my photos.

The celebratory lunch was at Longniddry Inn. Sister Sue arrived last night and stayed with us at the caravan and Kirsty and David came to Seton Sands with their campervan Mario. As she was having to drive Mario back to their campsite, she offered to drive us all to and from the party and I suggested we use my car as the 5 of us would fit in it OK.

It was a splendid do, with over 50 people in attendance. We had a "cousins" table along with one of John's cousins and his wife.

Then a number of us returned to Hazel and John's house for a while.

What a lovely do! Congratulations to Hazel and John. 10 more years to the golden one 😀 And thanks to Kirsty for ferrying us back to the holiday home.
