The cherry tomatoes keep coming.
Time to do something with the latest batch. I decided to use this recipe again - Quick Roasted Cherry Tomato Sauce, last done in 2019.
Here it is ready for cooking after the initial roasting.
And the final result...
Verdict? Very sweet. It will be lovely on a bit of pasta.
