Today I labelled the results of my labours in the kitchen from Thursday to Sunday.
Four more jars of pickle onions, two and a half jars of Razorback sauce and three jars of Rainbow pickled chillies.The Razorback Sweet Chilli Sauce is an old favourite. This is the recipe:

Some had ripened further since they were picked.
Well that's enough pickling for now, but we do have some more chillies to come. More anon.
