While Dawn was our crafting today, I started brewing my beer for next month's festive season.
My first brewing for quite a while and I used the Festival Razorback IPA kit that Sarah got me for Christmas last year.
And here it is sat in brewery corner in the kitchen.
The hops will be added on Sunday and then it will need another 5 days or so until it is ready for putting in the barrel. I have it sitting on a warming pad, and I'll put a picnic blanket on top so it doesn't get too cold and stop fermenting. Finger crossed it will turn out OK.
