It's that time of year again. Last Saturday I picked up 2lb Seville oranges for £1.80 at the market and yesterday I finally got round to turning them into marmalade.
As before in 2022, 2023 (twice) and 2024, I used this recipe from Delia online. This year we decided to slice the orange peel more thinly and Dawn helped with some of the slicing.
