Today Joyce's Weekly Walks reached H for Hopton and Hepworth in the alphabet of walks.
I was away in Oxford so missed it, but Rachel has provided some photos and the story of the walk in a timeline. Thank-you Rachel! This was the invite from Joyce and that photo above is from the group's Facebook page..
"Friday March 21st H is for Hopton and
Hepworth. A double ‘H’ whammy today and a circular walk of 12 miles around
some villages that you may not know very well. There is a delightful very small
coffee shop in Hopton called The Well. It is crammed but it provides a toilet
and coffee for those that have travelled a long way. The church at Hopton also
has a toilet and is definitely worth a visit. Those that wish for coffee, I
will meet you at 10.30am at The Well and those that wish to just walk
let’s meet at 11am approx to start at. The Well. Find your own parking
spot and please bring a packed lunch."
This was the route.
Here are Rachel's photos.
