From The Pocket Pickler

At the Suffolk Food Hall on Monday I spotted this book and Dawn bought it for me.

The book is divided into chapters based on the seasons. Of course I had to try a couple of the Spring recipes out and bought some radishes the other day so I could do the Quick Pickled radishes. I made some yesterday along with some Quick Pickled Red Onions.
