Bottled yesterday and labelled today, our Diabolo Beer brew is "Fiery gold in colour with a soft flavour and a high alcohol content: a devilish beer! A wonderful strong Belgian-style beer". Well that is what we are promised. I had a taste of what went into the bottles (and the 2L or so in my mini cask). Very flavoursome, but some conditioning needed for the flavours to marry and mellow. I think I may have a few Christmas presents sorted. But now I need to be patient and leave it for 4-6weeks before trying it. More anon!
