...and after.
I had added extra juniper berries to the recipe, which worked well making it more gin-like than the previous bottle. The Hibiscus Rose imparted the pink colour and a delicate flavour. and there was a bit of lemon peel in with the botanicals too. Very moreish! I don't think the bottle will last long!
And what is more... I had run out of Chilli Vodka, so decided to make some more...
That should be ready for a Bloody Mary or two by the weekend.
