Seville Orange Marmalade Batch 2

A new label today for the latest batch cooked yesterday.

I decided the other labels were too big for the smaller jars so made some on the smaller format with a picture of Seville with its oranges.

This batch followed the same process as last time, except I used a bit more heat when cooking the peel for 2 hours, which reduced the liquid a bit more, and did the fast boil on the biggest ring on the hob. This gave a much faster boil that almost overflowed the pan.

This helped it reach the setting stage much quicker and resulted in s lightly lighter coloured marmalade that was just as delicious. Here are the resulting jars.

Along with the first batch It will take us a while to eat all that! Would anybody like some?
