Sunday Croquet and Dinner

Dawn cut the grass for the second time in a week this morning so this afternoon we laid out the croquet set and had a game or two.

I somehow managed to win 3 times in a row before retiring undefeated for Dawn and William to continue without me as I prepared the roast dinner - just a mini rolled shoulder of lamb joint, but it was enough for the 3 of us.

I set it going on "Circotherm Gentle" using my tablet.

The potatoes went in when there was an hour left.

I've no food preparation surfaces or hob so solved the problem of preparing and cooking the vegetables by using a small pack of prepared vegetables, which I cooked in the microwave. 

It was very tasty.
