Homemade Pastis Batch #2 - Bottling

 

Time to bottle my pastis.

I filtered off the botanicals leaving me with a pale greenish-brown liquid. I'd bought some more little bottles and they arrived yesterday, but I used one larger bottle too.

The taste isn't as powerful as my previous batch, but it is a bit sweeter. A nice aperitif over an ice cube with some iced water, I think.

And here it is labelled.
