Anglesey Abbey

A favourite place to visit in the Winter is Anglesey Abbey - see my posts from 2007, 2008 and 2009 (in the snow!)  Famous for its snowdrops, from now to late February is a great time to visit. They also have a lovely Winter walk... as you will see.

I decided to do the full tour of the grounds, starting with the winter walk, continuing past Lode Mill to the house and the circular walk, including a loop around the Hoe Fen nature area.

This was my route...

It's a shame there was no sunshine or snow but very enjoyable, nonetheless. Here are some of today's photos...
