Belgian Wheat Tripel

Tassel Brewery had its first brewing day of the year today. Another Brewferm kit, which we've had so much success with previously.

This is what is promised...

BrewFerm Wheat Tripel Grand Crus 9ltr Beer Brewing Kit

Gold opaline coloured beer, with a strong flavour of grains and even bread. It has little hop aroma, a slightly fruity yet mouthful taste and a sweet aftertaste.

So far so good. It is happily sat in my brewing bucket in a corner of the kitchen. Next stage will be bottling in c7-10 days then a few weeks bottle conditioning. Meanwhile I'll have to eke out my remaining bottles of the Chestnut Brown Ale, which is tasting rather nice.
