Yes. Very refreshing and flavoursome, but not as clean-tasting as a commercial gin. Maybe I should progress from infusions to distilling. I can see a new hobby coming on.

Just Gin
Today I bottled the last of my Gin's from the kit I got for my birthday last year from sister Sue. No fancy additional flavours, this was made with just botanicals and juniper berries.... hence the name, Just Gin.
Yes. Very refreshing and flavoursome, but not as clean-tasting as a commercial gin. Maybe I should progress from infusions to distilling. I can see a new hobby coming on.
