Time of another Spicery concoction last night to celebrate Sarah coming home... This time the Ghanian Groundnut Curry with Chilli Sauce.
This was the recipe and packets of spices..
I let it cook for an extra hour so it would be tender. Meanwhile, Sarah made the Naan breads..
Nice! And I nearly forgot to take a photo of us eating it before we finished!
