Imperial Stout

Bottled, labelled and packed away in the garage to bottle-condition this should be ready for Christmas...

My last batch was disappointing as it didn't have much secondary fermentation in bottle - I think I pout it out in the cold garage too soon, so I thought I'd make some more for Christmas 2021 presents.I hope this develops a better head in the glass. I'm not going to open a bottle for at least a month... we'll see then.
