Sloe Gin and Imperial Stout


 My second batch of Sloe gin was ready to bottle.

The jar looked dark and fruitful.

Here it is decanted....

...and bottled.

Oops. One of the corks needs to go in a bit further.

The taste is smooth and sweet. Nicer than the first batch; I think the sloes were bigger and riper. And I've got some Christmas 2021 presents already!

Furthermore... After the success of last year's Imperial Stout, which is tasting very nice, I decide to do some more.

 

Now brewing in the corner of the kitchen....

More Christmas presents for 2021, I think!
