During lockdown, with Dawn working from home and William not allowed back at university, I've been doing more home bread-making. There are some good recipes in the book featured. A favourite is the recipe for Walnut loaf, which includes buckwheat flour and walnut oil.
This time I included the walnuts.
Very tasty.
