Wild Garlic Pesto and Dip

After the success of last year's (see here), I had to make these again. I had collected just enough on the Bluebell Walk on Monday for Jerry's recipe.

I'd given away or otherwise used the jars I used last year so my jars weren't full, but the contents are fine. Here it is in preparation.

Ready to start.


The flowers looked pretty. I used just the flowers this year.


Ready to process.


As there is so little stem and leaves it's paler than last year, but just as tasty.


Time to make some dip.


That should keep us going for a while 😀
