This was my second Ramblers walk. The Friday walks are shorter and more
sedately paced than the Tuesday ones and generally around the 4 miles mark. This was a lovely
gentle walk along the River Lark and back through the forest from and
to West Stow Forest Lodge car park. Once again I was made to feel most welcome and it was a very pleasant amble.
