Boxing Day dinner... and we had masses of roast turkey leftovers. Fortunately I had a plan. I'd seen this recipe on BBC Good Food as a suggestion and thought it sounded quite tasty.
I did a bit of Wombo art to see what it would do with Christmas Turkey and Ham pie...
It made me hungry. Here it is cooked (well one of the two pies).
While I was cooking the rest had some games at the kitchen table.
There were 6 of us and it was a recipe for 6... and there was none left! Dawn says it's the best turkey leftover dish ever and I have to do it again next year.. and the others agreed.
Well that's Boxing dinner for next year sorted!
