This is what the form looks like.... 

You will need to click the "I'm not a robot" box and add your email address before clicking the "Complete Subscription Request" button. You should then get another window...

As it says in that window, you will receive an email asking you to confirm and your subscription will not start unless and until you confirm. The confirmation email looks like this...

You will then receive emails like the following no more than once a day and only when there are new posts..

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link in one of these emails.
