Stifado


Laura bought me The Spicery's How to be a Mezze Legend cookbook for my birthday.

Yesterday I did the Stifado beef stew recipe with bulgar wheat and a Greek salad for dinner.


It was delicious. "The best stew I've ever tasted", said Sarah... and she bagsied the leftovers for her lunch today. Thank-you Laura! Come and have a mezze feast here some time soon.
