Berliner Weisse Bier

Today I labelled and packed away my latest brew.

I'd got some more of this limited edition Raspberry Berliner Weisse craft beer kit from Mangrove Jack. I'd made it before in 2021 and it was a lovely refreshing beer to have in the summer.

I started the brew on 22nd May and it was ready to bottle on Monday. Here are the resulting 50 bottles and 1/2 a barrel.

I left them at room temperature here for a few days for priming fermentation to start and yesterday created and added the labels (see top of this post) and packed them away in the garage. It will be ready to drink in another couple of weeks. Hopefully we will have some summer weather to enjoy with it then!
