Tassel Enterprises does Gin

For my birthday, my sister Sue sent me a kit from The Gin Kit Maker. I got myself the required jar and vodka and set about making some. And here is the result...

Made with Juniper berries, Orange peel and "Botanical Base" (well some things have to be kept secret), the result was distinctly orange in colour and odour. I tried it with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water.... must try it with straight Schweppes, and it is very palatable.

Now do I finish this bottle before starting the next one? I have 7 more Botanical mixes to use!
