Yesterday Dawn cropped most of this year's chilli harvest, so look what I've now got to do something with...
First step will be to separate out the cayenne, jalapenos and padron peppers, but I may need to wait for a bit more ripening before making my chilli sauce(s). The padron peppers can be used in cooking (and very tasty they are too) and I can start with some pickled green jalapenos. That will keep me out of mischief for a while!
