Time to give up on the Jalapeños ripening - only a handful had turned red. And to make some more
pickled jalapeños, but this time without the honey.
This was the recipe I used, but with sliced rather than whole peppers.
Pickled yesterday and labelled this morning. And now my dining room table looks like this!
That's enough pickling for now. Time to head to this year's Sloggers and Betters weekend, of which more anon.
