Today I made some Devil's Kiss sauce, another favourite. The name was chosen by the children the first time I made it in 2018 (see here) or maybe earlier
It is a tomato-pepper sauce based on this recipe...
And here is my makeshift water bath. It works quite well.
I think this will be a bit hotter than usual as it has lots of juicy red cayenne peppers in. No more buying chilli sauce for a while!
