Green Tomato Chutney

Dawn had harvested the last of the cherry tomatoes at the weekend and a lot of them were never going to ripen., so I decided to try some Green Tomato Chutney.

This was my recipe I used from BBC Good Food.

I'm not that keen on sultanas so used mixed fruits instead. But first I had to brine the tomatoes and onion overnight....

The end result appears to be a success
