Crossword Central Meetup

Today I travelled to London to meet up with some Crossword friends.

As is customary, we me at The George Inn on Borough High Street. The excuse for the gathering was that Paul-in-London, who lives in New York, was over in the UK for a few days. Also present were botonwanderer, david1 and me.

The photograph was taken as we were waiting for our drinks to be delivered - I had ordered them via the Greene King app.... it would have been quicker just to go to the bar!

We had a lovely couple of hours of conversation, some lunch and a beer or three.

It was great to see everyone and catch up. Maybe we can get some others along next time.
