Spicy Tomato Pickle - Second Helping

As it was so tasty and popular last time, I decide to do some more Andrha style Spicy Tomato Pickle to add to some people's Tassel Enterprises Christmas hampers.

This time I used a bit more garlic, like the recipe asked for and some of my Advent calendar chilli sauces.

All set to start.

The garlic and mustard seeds get cooked first until the garlic starts to brown.

Then the chopped tomaroes are added.

Now the tamarind and spices.

I cooked it until it was getting sticky.

The result - two and 1/2 jars this time, and a bit hotter than the previous batch.
