Absinthe #2

I thought I'd have another go at making absinthe.

This is how it went last time...

• Stage 1 - A New Distilling Project
• Stage 2 - Dilution
• Stage 3 - Distillation
• Stage 4 - Filtering and Bottling
• Chasing the Green Fairy

I had room in my still for a bit more liquid so I've upped quantities in the recipe by 25%, apart from the dried wormwood, which I'm using a little less of.

All ready to start
