NEIPA Bottling

Time to bottle (and keg) my New England IPA. The late-added dried hops had done their magic and a lovely hoppy aroma came out as I removed my fermenter lid.

Having siphoned off from my fermenter into my big barrel with some priming sugar added,  first I had to fill my 10L keg.

Then I filled all the bottles I had - 26 of them. After labelling, here it is on the dining room table.

And there's still several litres left in the big barrel!

With the bottles packed away in boxes, I'll wait a couple of weeks for the beer to condition before sampling my barrels. Final verdict then!

Meanwhile, here is a close-up of my labels.

Well at least I think it is rather nice.
