More Pickling

Hooray. My replacement jars have arrived, so today I pickled the rest of Dawn's crop of cucumbers. I used the recipe I had done the courgettes with a few weeks ago, which has fennel seeds in and added some courgettes and white onion too.

"Very nice", said Dawn.... and "Oh. I've got loads more to harvest now". It's just as well I got 20 jars!
