No walking today. Instead a chance to catch up on household chores and go into town to the market, where I got a nice cauliflower and 3lbs of pickling onions for £1.
So more pickling... Some crinkle cut beetroot (using my new mandolin's crinkle cut blade) and some mixed pickles.
I do love the pickled cauliflower in a mixed pickle. The latest batch will be ready to try in 3 weeks time.
