From this year's GCHQ Christmas Card. I had a go at this yesterday and solved it last night. But there is one of the sequences GMRDPR which I can't crack, and neither can William and Sarah. Any ideas?
Update: Got it now. It was a sequence I had considered but didn't start in the right place. Message me if you want to know the answers.
