Bottled Apple Brandy

This time I was determined not to over-oak the brandy, so I've been having a dribble to taste every day and, even though it still looks quite pale, I think it is very nicely oaked now.

So here is the result after diluting with 440ml of filtered water to reduce the strength to 40%...

Four full 250ml bottles and a little to spare. That will go nicely after our Christmas dinner. Any orders for Christmas?
