Wakeboarding

This afternoon Sarah and William had a go at wakeboarding at the Loch Earn Wakeschool.

Here are a few photos and a couple of videos.

The Wakeschool is next door to the Clachan Cottage Hotel. It being a rather hot afternoon, Dawn and I got a drink from the bar while we watched.

There was a little bit of a breeze so the loch wasn't as flat as it was this morning.

On the opposite side of the loch we could see the rather grand looking Edinample Castle, now a private family home. One for your list of desirable residences, Jane?

Kitted out in wetsuits and lifejackets.

Off the go with their tutor Mark.

We were offered a ride in the boat, but I think this was a better option.

Sarah went first and it wasn't long before she got the hand of it.

Great starting position.

And now William's turn. He too got into it quite quickly.

They look like they enjoyed it!
