Gin Tasting


I did the next of my birthday gin recipe blends this week. The Heated Pink Gin is based on Juniper Berries, Botanical Mix, Pink peppercorns and Hibiscus Rose. I decide to do a testing against the previous one, the Hot Chilli Choc Gin, based on Juniper berries, Orange Peel, Cacao Nibs and Dried Red Chilli. Both rather nice and we got 2 votes for the Heated Pink v 1 of the Hot Chilli Choc. Both got the thumbs up, though.
