After the success of the delicious Diabolo, Tassel Nanobrewery is in action again with another Brewferm beer, the Belgian Wit. "Thirst-quenching, very light and blond. Slightly cloudy beer with a fresh flavour and marvellous aroma"... is what is promised. We'll find out in a few weeks time - brewing was started today (OG 1056) and bottling is planned for a week on Friday; then it needs 4 - 6 weeks bottle conditioning. More anon.
