Go Spice



 

This was another Christmas present, a collection of different curry spice mixes from around the world. I'm slowly working my way through them. using one every 2 weeks or so. Last night I tried the Kiso blend to make Japanese Chicken Curry using this recipe....


 Unusual compared to an Indian curry, it uses soy sauce and flour for thickening. I liked the fennel in it. Very tasty.
