Great British Beer Festival Winter - At Home : Something Different

After an early lunch today another online beer tasting.

Again it was just a sample of each of the 6 beers, sharing the leftovers with Dawn and William later. Christine was very informative about the different styles as she took us through each in turn in about 1 1/2 hours. Not quite how a Saturday afternoon at a beer festival usually goes, but good nonetheless. It was a Zoom call with about 55 of us on it...

Dawn tasted along afterwards and William got his share at tea...

As I thought... I liked the Thornbridge Days of Creation sour best and Dawn hated it but William liked it. It is not dissimilar to my own Berliner Raspberry Wheat Beer, but a bit more full-flavoured and stronger in ABV than mine.

I quite liked the Ashover Liquorice stout too.

Thank-you Christine.
