Yesterday, I decided to try one of The Spicery kits I got for Fathers' Day - the Sichuan Mouthwatering Chicken with Smashed Cucumber.

Very aromatic and not too fiery. Delicious! Thank-you Laura. And, as it's a recipe for 4, that's lunch sorted for us both for today or tomorrow too!
